Capella Solutions Group launched 2024 with an all-staff Team Building Day!

With the words of one of our customers ringing in our ears, we took the opportunity to spend a day together at Hempstead House building on our reputation of being an awesome team!

The day was filled out with launching our 2024 Company Growth Strategy, brainstorming ways to enhance our customer experiences, Team Building activities as well as enjoying a full-on luxury meal!

Throughout the day, staff demonstrated skills that had been previously unknown and the links between departments and staff members grew stronger.

All this builds up towards a more enhanced focused attention towards supporting and resolving our customer’s needs.
